Competition

Describing her own insecurities about relationships, Jessica told

Close Up, ‘I’m a little bit scared. I’m quite a guarded person

when it comes to letting anyone in so it’s a case of me being like,

“Yeah actually I can see my future with him”. So I keep it as it is

having fun with it and not putting

too much pressure on it at the

moment. I’m also very happy

and independent with what

I am doing.’

Talking about her ideal match,

Jess added, ‘While I’ve been

in love before in my past

relationships, I feel like it will be

a different love, a compatible

friendship love as well as a

romantic relationship.’

Happy-go-lucky Jessica is

closer than ever before to her

‘ideal fairytale ending’ thanks to

achieving her dream figure - and

the newfound body confidence

that comes with it.

Insisting she is a ‘normal girl’, Jess

designed a seven-week workout

program Fi7ness with her trainer.

The regime advises users work out

five times a week for around 20

minutes a session, complete with a

DVD and equipment for guidance.

Now the aspiring fitness guru has reaped the rewards, with a

sensational figure complete with abs and a toned physique to

show for her hard work.

Jessica told Close Up, ‘I was slipping in and out of exercise and

never sustaining it. I was always never one hundred percent happy

with my body – I felt like it could have been better. So I decided

to go full hog, clear my schedule for seven weeks and do this

program that I designed with my

trainer. It’s such a different program.

It’s not a quick fix get skinny lose

loads of weight and then put it back

on again. I’m a lot more confident

that I was. I was putting on clothes

before a night out and I wasn’t

feeling great in them. Now I put on

one outfit and I’m happy.’

Jessica explained her regime

allowed her to enjoy the treats she

likes, but has helped tone her in

all her problem areas - and now

she has ‘abs’ for the first time. She

added, ‘I just really enjoyed doing it.

It’s three phases and it gets harder

each time. It’s not the same thing

every day, it’s doing something

different. I wasn’t very toned. My

body felt a bit loose here and there

– I’ve now got abs and biceps which

I’ve never had before. It’s not about

going from a size sixteen to a size

eight. It’s about a normal girl who

whatever size you might be, making

the most of your body, getting it to

the best point you can be. I want my body to look the best it can

be. It’s all about cutting down a bit, I was replacing wine with a

vodka soda.’

I was slipping in and

out of exercise and never

sustaining it. I was always

never one hundred

percent happy with my

body – I felt like it could

have been better. So I

decided to go full hog,

clear my schedule for

Fi7ness by Jessica Wright is available for £39.95, complete

with must-have equipment (fit ball and pump and a resistance

band) as well as a DVD for guidance.
