Ingredients:
1 whole cucumber, grated
3 cloves garlic, peeled & crushed
1 heaped tbsp dried mint
250g Greek yogurt
Sea salt
Sprig of fresh mint and drizzle of olive oil to garnish
Method:
Grate the cucumber & with your hand squeeze out the extra water & pour into a glass.
(You can do 2 things with this, drink it as it’s very detoxifying OR save it in a jar in the fridge. It will last 5 days, when your eyes are feeling puffy or tired and itchy, soak cotton pads with it and place it on your eyes and after 5 minutes they will look and feel fab)
Add the grated garlic, salt and yogurt and mix really well.
Place in the fridge to set for 5-10 mins, garnish and serve.
